Onion Chicken with Oyster Source
Today, after reached home from office, saw mother busy preparing dinner. I saw half chicken and I suddenly told mother, “Tonight let your son (which me) cook the chicken, no problem, don’t worry”
This is self created recipe, a very simple recipe.
Ingredients:
Half chicken for 2 persons
3 onions
Spring onions
Plain water
Oyster source
Firstly of course have to heat up the wok with small fire. Pour some oil onto it. First ingredient to put onto the wok will be onions. Stir around until the onion half cook.
Now put in the chicken follow by oyster source, stir around until all the chicken mix with the oyster source. Pour some plain water onto it, depends on how you want the chicken look like, if you want the chicken to be more source, then pour more water else less water. Cover the wok and wait for 10 minutes. At the mean time have to open the wok and stir for few times, this is to make sure the chicken does not stick on the wok.
Hmm… can you smell it? Of course you can’t. Ok, lastly put the spring onions to it and stir around. Now the chicken is ready to serve.
Below is the picture of it. But where is the spring onion? Oops, is gone. Actually this picture was taken when I cook the 2nd time. I am running out of spring onions on this round, but it still tastes good.
