Firstly police said NO, but lately changed their answer to YES. What am I talking about? It about 709 follow up issue on whether police force got sprayed water directly to hospital or not.

At first, police make an announcement that they are sure that they did not sprayed water into hospital. Then there are lots of pictures published on the internet showing there is really water sprayed into hospital. After many of these pictures published and passing around, now police side admitted that they did sprayed water to hospital but only to the open area and not hospital main door.

I wonder what will the police side said after their final investigation.

I need a break, so today I took a day off. Not because of tired, but also head pain. It maybe too many works in office that make me stress.

Because of many works and need to make myself full of energy in office, usually what people will do is drink coffee. But recently I found out a person who goes toilet often at night time is because drinking too many coffees. Of course there are many reasons causing this but drinking too many coffees is one of the reasons. So I think starting from today onwards I must stop drinking coffee, must drink more water. It is because recently I really went toilet quite often at night time. I must take care of myself.

A week after the rally still got many issues brought out. Now these kinds of issues have brought out to the world, every Malaysian in overseas are keep tracking the updates through internet. Not only Malaysian, but also the international organizations are giving comments on this.

Issues like throwing tears gas and spraying water to hospital. Because of people making noise on this, then the Health Minister came out to comment something. First day he said he had investigated with person in charge of hospital found out police did not spray water directly to hospital. Day two, they are 11 doctors step up and said they saw the water was sprayed directly into hospital. With many video clips and photos spreading around in internet, our Health Minister changed his word and said what he said is not from him, is from the hospital. So, who is right and who is wrong? Don’t comment anything before investigation.

Where’s the news?

Is this an important issue in Malaysia? I think it should be Yes, if not there won’t have lots of policemen on the road, setting road block, close road and arrest people. But how come I can see the news on local TV? The gathering was planned start at 2pm, so I thought by that time I can see the news on TV. But sorry to say that, there are none of the TV stations update the status of the gathering. So are they thought that this is a normal issue, no need to update to public?

I felt disappointed for it. Luckily I still can get the updates through internet, sigh.

Yoga mat, I need a yoga mat for my yoga learning lesson. Currently I practice on a plastic hard type mat. This can’t be roll and bring out. So I really need a good quality yoga mat for my learning lesson.

There are many yoga mats in the market, so which are customer satisfaction proven? This is no longer a question to me because my trainer helps me on this.
