WC2010: Germany vs England
It is the end of England in World Cup 2010. England started well but their defense is out. Easily let Germany scored the first goal. 12 minutes later Germany scored another goal and England keep pressured Germany. They managed to pull back a goal in 5 minutes later. Before the first half whistle blow, Lampard kicked from far and the ball hit the top bar then went inside the goal post then bounced up and the keeper quickly clear it. It was cleared that the ball went into the goal post but the linesman and referee didn’t saw it and let the game carry on.
If I am the England player, I will run to the referee and talk to him, stop the game to give pressure to him. From this match, I can see that Steven Gerrard is not a good captain as he didn’t protect and protest his team well. He should talk to the referee, request for fair judgment. If you continue play means you admitted that was not a goal.
England played full attack in second half. All the players went out to opponent side and this gave chance to Germany scored another 2 easy goals.
From the whole England World Cup matches, I only saw these players played for their country, what about the rest of the players? The number of squad players was about 23 players but why don’t give them a chance to play? Like Peter Crouch, he is tall and good player. I bet he is better than E.Heskey, I really don’t understand why Capello put E.Heskey and not P.Crouch, only gave him played for 10 minutes.
